Kate and Drew were said their vows on the beach of Florida and then returned to their hometown of Chicago for a beautiful reception with their family and friends at Stonebridge Country Club in Aurora, Illinois. Couples always worry that rain will ruin their day, but in this case – the raindrops added a touch of romance as their guests stood under umbrellas and watched Kate and Drew repeat their vows on the golf course. I also loved their combination of classic navy blue and white stripes which never goes out of style!  Enjoy a little glimpse from their beautiful reception.  We had a few minutes to snap some portraits, but from the first time I talked to Kate she said – “this Chicago reception is going to be a great big party!”  Mission accomplished – what a fun day!  Scroll to the bottom of the post to view all of the lovely vendors that were part of the celebration.
