Do you know what doesn’t help a puppy stay calm and sit while having her picture taken?  A photographer that can’t stop making high pitched squealing sounds because this puppy is SO darn cute! (Sorry about that guys.)

Not only did I get to soak up some puppy love, I also got to spend the afternoon with these two amazing people –  Amanda and Tim!  We started our Chicago engagement session at the Wrigley Building for some classic cityscape locations.  Then we headed to their condo to pick up their baby – Murphy.  I’ll never forget Tim talking about how he doesn’t want to cut Murphy’s hair because he’s worried that she won’t be as fluffy when it grows back in.  Right then and there, I knew that Amanda and Tim were my kind of people. I truly had so much fun spending time with them while getting to do something that I love.  It’s a good, good life.
