Chicago winter engagement photos

What Chicago winter engagement photos lack in warmth, they certainly make up for in character.  Emily and Ronnie braved one of the coldest days of the year to get in front of the camera with me, and I am so very grateful!  I loved getting to know them and can’t wait for their wedding next year!

The city was glowing with holiday romance.  Can we all just agree that Chicago should light the Mag Mile year round with Christmas lights?  In fact, let’s just go ahead and keep all the twinkle lights strung on all the trees.  I love them!

We started our session at the Wrigley Building and ended at the Kinzie Street Bridge just as the snow was starting to fall.  What a perfect end to a perfect afternoon.
