Kristi and Phil had a GORGEOUS Oak Brook Hills Hilton Wedding earlier this May.  Surrounded by family and friends they promised each other forever in a traditional Greek ceremony.  I couldn’t help but think of my own parents, and imagine them circling the altar three times.  Greek traditions are so beautiful.  I adore weddings that are rooted in timeless traditions, with personal charm, and a touch of modern romance.  This wedding had it all!

Speaking of beautiful, Kristi and Phil are as beautiful inside as they are out.  Since Phil is active duty in the military, their wedding day was my first opportunity to meet him.  Thank you so much for your service, Phil.  It is humbling to know that amazing men and women like you protect our country.  And Kristi…where do I begin.  Kristi, her mother Maria, and I met for coffee a couple of months for the wedding.  Kristi was beaming.  I had never met Phil at this point, but I knew he must be an incredible person to make someone feel so very loved.

I am so happy for the two of you.  And so blessed that you asked me to be your wedding photographer.  Thank you to you, your families, and friends for being such gracious hosts and sharing your love story with me.
